Egypt’s political events can not be separated from its residents’ social and urban conditions.
In the four years following January 2011 different urban communities have gone through fluctuations because of changes in the position of society in the eyes of the changing governments. We therefore propose a question about  violence against the community and how it affects the communities we work on as urban researchers. And how political ,social,and economical issues cannot be separated from the urban?
Includes a screening of the documentary “Egyptian Urban Action” and other videos  and wide discussion about the neighborhood of Bulaq and changes that happened in it.
