حلول متكاملة لمشكلة المياه الأرضية بالمناطق التاريخية برنامج متعدد المجالات للتدريب والبحث يشارك فيه فريق عالمي من المعماريين والمرممين المخططين وخبراء العمران والبيئة والبنية التحتية والموارد المائية. البرنامج من تنظيم مكتب مجاورة للعمران وجامعتي أوريجون وكورنيل بتمويل مشترك بين مركز البحوث الأمريكي والسفارة الأمريكية بالقاهرة وبالشراكة مع وزارة الآثار ومحافظة القاهرة ويهدف الى:
