Introduction
The idea that comes to mind when architects hear the word gender is women and men and how they deal with spaces, but this is the study of different sexes. In our discussion –however- the mention of gender as the range of characteristics of femininity, masculinity, we try to raise the questions about the existence of gender in the built environment, is there a feminine/masculine building? Does it have to do with the sex of the architect and why?
We are a group of architects, scholars and students interested in and investigating Gender issues in architecture, we raise questions about society and its gender, why did we develop a masculine society, what is wrong with a masculine society? Is there any other options? And how the gender of the society affects the life quality of men and women?Prof. Dr. Adel Yasseen
Is a professor of architecture at Ain Shams University and a distinguished name in the field of architecture, education and sustainable development, Dr Adel will moderate and parent our discussion for he is first to discuss the concept of gender in architecture in the feminine architecture conference, the first conference of its kind in Egypt and the Arab world.The Event

مقدمة
عندما نناقش الجنوسية في العمران,عادة ما نتطرق بافكرنا لقضايا للنساء و الرجال و كيف يتعاملون مع الفراغات المختلفة و لكن هذة دراسة اختلاف الجنس, بينما الجنوسية كما ننوي مناقشتها ههي نطاق من الصفات المتعلقة بالانوثة و الذكورة , هذه محاولة لاثارة بعض الاسئلة المتعلقة بوجود الجنوسية في البيئة العمرانية , هل يوجد مبنى مؤنث و مبنى مذكر؟ هل جنس المعماري لة تأثير على جنوسية المنتج؟ و لماذا؟
من نحن؟
نحن مجموعة من الباحثين والمهندسين المعماريين والطلاب المهتمين في قضايا الجنوسية في العمارة، ونحن نثير تساؤلات حول المجتمع والمساواة بين الجنسين، لماذا طورنا ما يعرف بمجتمع ذكوري، ما هو الخطأ في المجتمع الذكوري؟ هل هناك أي خيارات أخرى؟ وكيف يؤثر على نوعية الحياة للرجل والمرأة؟
الأستاذ الدكتور عادل ياسين
هو أستاذ الهندسة المعمارية في جامعة عين شمس واسم مميز في مجال الهندسة المعمارية، التعليم والتنمية المستدامة. والدكتور عادل سيدير و مناقشتنا و جدير بالذكر انه أول من ناقش مفهوم النوع الاجتماعي في الهندسة المعمارية في المؤتمر العمارة المؤنثة 2010، المؤتمر الأول من نوعه في مصر والعالم العربي.

هذا الحدث هو حلقة مناقشة لأولئك ا الذين أثارتهم الفكرة و يهدف لبناء حركة جماعية في مصر، لا تتردد في حضور واحدة أواي او كل ايام المناقشة الاربعه فلدينا نقاش جديد كل يوم
