Origin of a Tale Show in Cairo

Mahatat in Cairo (3 & 8th of October)

Mahatat for contemporary art mission is make art accessible in the public space. So Mahatat will make a tour of four governates (in addition to Cairo) as (Origin of a Tale), which will be presented in cooperation with (Collectif Kahraba).

About the show; (Origin of a Tale) performance:
(The Origin of the Tale) is a show featuring diverse techniques and elements such as dance, and vocal techniques. The main element in their show is mud, which is used by two translators/interpreters to return to the tales seeking origin.

About (Collectif Kahraba): is a professional group founded in 2007, interested in performing arts, and their element used is mud. They believe that art is the path to dialogue and openness to the other.
