Soilless agriculture workshop

(Kon nbat) is giving a practical workshop about soilless agriculture. The workshop is organized by the Built Environment Collective – Megawra.
The workshop is for two consecutive days, the first day focus on the theoretical part and the second day on the design and the application.

Workshop description:
The first day – will discuss the theoretical part which addresses the following topics:
– The history of soilless agriculture (hydroponics).
– The definition of soilless agriculture.
– Advantages and disadvantages of soilless agriculture.
– Types and farming techniques of soilless agriculture.
– What are the types of plants that can be grown soilless?
– Mixing agricultural circles specifications.
– What are the key factors affecting the agriculture and soilless agriculture.
(Temperature – humidity level – the intensity of light – nutrient solution – the properties of water from the acidity and alkalinity and salinity …. etc)

The second day – practical side:
– What are the design standards of soilless agriculture?
– Working on different designs
– Implementation of a miniature design with participants.

It is a specialized entity in giving workshops and trainings on soilless agriculture and standard agriculture.

Sunday and Monday
17th and 18th of July
From 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

*Registration:
Visit Megawra to confirm your registration and pay the fees, from Monday 11th to Thursday 14th of July.
Megawra opens from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Fees: 250 L.E
